Every year in July, the families of Skaneateles Village come together to celebrate the Curbstone Festival. This family-friendly event offers families a peaceful and fun environment to enjoy three days full of joy. The streets are filled with attractions and picturesque views that children enjoy more than anyone.

If there is something that people love in Skaneateles Village, it is Christmas. Christmas is a significant event in Skaneateles, and they celebrate it in style. Dickens Christmas is the town's favorite event of the year; it's like traveling back in time to celebrate the old-fashioned way. The streets are lit up with bright lights, people dress up, and Skaneateles is transformed into a picturesque place that exudes joy and good wishes. This annual tradition begins the day after Thanksgiving and runs every Saturday and Sunday until December 23. One of the most extraordinary things about this event is interacting with Charles Dickens and more than 40 other characters in the village's streets.
